I studied Fashion Merchandising and Business at Meredith College. After graduating, I continued working in a small locally owned boutique (Sophie and Mollies.. my whole closet is from there. hehe. ) in downtown Apex, NC. But my love for style started when I was a toddler. NO joke! My mom always laughs because she tells me the stories of me carrying some sort of an accessory even if it was a grocery bag. Lol.

I owned and operated a showroom in the AmericasMart in Atlanta for two years. There I represented clothing brands and helped boutiques buy per season. I learned so much in that short amount of time and hope to share those experiences with you!
First, I want to say thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I started blogging purely to share with others my creativity in style - but to also share my experiences in life. I absolutely LOVE fashion (what girl doesn't) and at times can be a challenge when you're petite. (I am 4'10") But I am here to say it doesn't stop me and I hope to inspire you all through my style, travels and to be positive about oneself!
I came up with my name "Angie in Noir" because... well, I've been told I am always wearing the color black in some way. but I promise you won't always see me in it!
